The first step is getting the students enrolled. Because each student taking the training in the group still needs to have their own account and be enrolled in the course, the easiest way to get them into the system is to use the online Mulitple Student Enrollment Form.

Once all the students are enrolled, please contact us via phone or e-mail to let us know who the students are and the name on the student account that will be used as the master account. Contact Us.

At the end of every session, the student roster must be filled out at the top, signed by each student, and either faxed or emailed back to us. Sessions can be measured as either training completed in a single module or a single day, depending on if you want your students to log in and take their exams at the end of each module, or at the end of each day.

After all students have finished their training, they will need to log into their individual accounts one last time in order to take any final exams and complete the course evaluation and student information verification. Once those items have been completed, each student will be able to print off any certificates and will be sent an ID card, if applicable.
